Construction Cleaning is totally different from Residential Cleaning. From the beginning of time people have either been cleaning homes themselves or hiring help. The fact that everyone is able and willing to clean for self doesn’t mean that it is getting done correctly. I’ve been cleaning for 3 1/2 years. So, nothing new under the sun just how cleaning is so under rated, and everyone has their own opinion of how it should go how long it should take etc… I can honestly tell you (professional cleaning) and how homeowners clean for self is not done properly or the same.
When I speak about underrated and underappreciated in terms of pricing. For some reason they want to tell you how much they are willing to pay for your services like they made this company, and we are partnership. No, I make the rules and pricing and if you can’t afford it that’s fine but don’t tell a person what they are worth its very degrading and under appreciating all cleaners go by the “HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS PRICINGS FOR CLEANING IN THIS INDUSTRY”. I’m a woman in a man’s industry and I expect to get downplayed, but the money should remain, and it is what it is. I’ve had some people state you make more than me. My advice for that would be to change your profession! CLEANERS WE WORK HARD AND THE WORK IS VERY TEDIOUS!
